The visa, known as the "visa for passengers and crew of pleasure and tourism ships," is regulated by Decree Executive 320, Article 66.
To apply for this visa, the applicant must provide the following:
1. Visa application form.
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Copy of identification from the country of origin or residence permit.
4. Payment for migration service of one hundred balboas (B/.100.00) per person to the National Migration Service.
5. Copy of the electronic return ticket that is paid for.
6. Proof of contractual relationship or rental with yacht club or marina, if applicable.
7. Letter of responsibility from the employer, captain or owner of the ship in case of crew members.
