To obtain an Investor's Visa, there are a number of steps that must be taken and requirements that must be met. These include submitting:

You will also need to provide a original certification issued by the AAEEPP, which will confirm the existence and location of your company, the company's compliance with its obligations with the agency, and that the company is authorized under the special regime established by Law No. 41 of 2004.

Additionally, you will need to provide a certification from the company's treasurer or secretary that confirms the ownership of the shares in favor of the foreigner and that they are paid and cleared.

You will also need to provide a certification issued by the company's public accountant detailing the total amount invested by the applicant in the company and that the capital is owned by the applicant, copies of the share’s certificates issued in the applicant's favor, and proof that the company is up to date on its taxes.

You will also need to provide proof that the company employs at least three Panamanian citizens who earn at least the minimum wage established by law, and that the company is up to date with its social security payments, as well as a bank letter that confirms that the funds invested by the foreigner come from abroad.
