  10. Provide birth certificates of any Panamanian children, if applicable, issued by the Civil Registry
  11. Provide a copy of the ID card of the Panamanian spouse, authenticated by Cedulación
  12. Provide a notarized letter of responsibility and repatriation from the Panamanian spouse
  13. Provide proof of cohabitation such as a lease or utility bill.
