Call Center investor for commercial use (Call Center) for export

The Republic of Panama's Ministry of Public Safety and National Migration Service offers a Provisional Permanent Residence Permit for Special Investment Policies in Commercial Call Centers for Export (PPT-ICALL). This permit is granted to foreign individuals who invest in a company whose activity is providing commercial call center services for export, in accordance with Executive Decree 97 of 2002.

The requirements for this permit include a notarized power of attorney and application, three photographs, a copy of the passport, criminal background check, health certificate, certified check for B/.250.00 to the National Treasury, certified check for B/.800.00 to the National Migration Service, a declaration of personal background, a certification from the National Export Promotion Director of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, and a certification from the Public Services Authority to prove that the company has a license and is currently providing call center services.

For a Permanent Residence Permit, the same requirements apply with the exception of the criminal background check and certified checks.
