Maito and Cantina del Tigre among the 50 best restaurants in Latin America

Chef Fulvio Miranda's Cantina del Tigre entered the ranking for the first time and ranked number 25. It also received the Highest New Entry Award, after climbing 51 positions. It was previously ranked No. 76 on the extended list of 51 to 100, announced in 2022.

For its part, Maito remained in the 6th position and was awarded as Best Restaurant in Panama.

Chef Mario Castrellón was awarded the 2023 Chef's Choice Award.

Intimate and Fonda Lo Que Hay Among the 100 Best Restaurants in Latin America.

Panama is still present in the ranking with Intimo restaurant in position 86 and Fonda Lo Que Hay in number 51.

In 2022 Íntimo, Fonda Lo Que Hay and Cantina del Tigre entered this extended list for the first time. However, this year Cantina del Tigre went from 51 to 100 to rank among the top 50 that were announced on November 28, in Brazil.
