The Panama Forestry Visa allows investors to obtain permanent residency in Panama, provided they make the appropriate investment in a reforestation project approved and regulated by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Panama.
At LEGAL@work, we assist foreign investors in obtaining a Provisional Permanent Resident Permit for Forest Investment (PPT-FOR) in the Republic of Panama.
