As an employee of Aviation companies based in the Republic of Panama

The Republic of Panama's Ministry of Public Safety and National Migration Service is responsible for managing the Temporary Resident Permit (PRT-EA) for employees of aviation companies based in Panama. This permit is governed by Decree Executive 182 of May 28, 2019 and Decree Executive 237 of June 10, 2019.

• Form for Declaration of Personal History
• Work contract endorsed by the Ministry of Labor with a minimum salary of B/1,000.00
• Certification from the Civil Aviation Authority of the employee's suitability in related professions in the aviation industry
• Proof of affiliation with the Social Security Fund
• Certification from the company that the foreign employee will only work in areas where qualified labor is needed
• Copy of the work permit application
