1. Completing the visa application form.
2. Presenting a certificate that proves the familial relationship.
3. Paying for migration services fee, which amounts to B/.100.00, to the Servicio Nacional de Migración.
4. Depositing a guaranteed fee of B/.500.00, to the Servicio Nacional de Migración.
5. Providing a copy of a valid passport or travel document with a minimum of 3 months validity.
6. Presenting a confirmed flight reservation with a continuation itinerary.
7. Providing a copy of an identification document or residence permit from the country where the applicant resides.
8. Submitting three (3)photographs.
9. Presenting a confirmed hotel reservation, if required.
